Terms and Conditions

We aim to deliver your goods within 7 working days to mainland UK addresses and within 10 working days to UK offshore addresses (inc. Scottish Highlands). Your goods will be sent by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Courier and will require a signature on delivery.

Delivery and Assembly of Bicycles

Upon arrival each bicycle requires easy minor assembly (E.G. fit front wheel and secure the handlebars) and some minor adjustment prior to use. Details on how to carry these tasks out, as well as any necessary safety checks, are supplied in the owner's manual and assembly guide. There is also a tool kit supplied with the bicycle. If technical help is required, details of the manufacturer's technical helpline are also supplied.

Refund & Exchange Period

Each bicyle comes with our 10-day money back guarantee. In the rare event of you not being entirely satisfied with your bicycle, you can return it within this 10 day period (please contact us for returns address/instructions) and we will refund you the purchase price. We can only accept a bicycle back within the 10-day trial period if it is has remained unused, is complete and is in its original packaging. If the bicycle is faulty and returned within the 10-day period we can arrange for collection. However, outside the 10-day period and/or returned for a reason other than being faulty (E.G. wrong size ordered) you must arrange for the return carriage.

Should you want an exchange within the 10-day period, we can arrange to have the item collected and a new item supplied. There would be a £15 charge for the collection plus any difference between the prices of the bicycles.

Spare Parts

Providing neglect and misuse are not a contributing factor, spare parts can be supplied directly from the manufacturer within the 10-day trial period. After this period, you may be asked to return the suspected faulty item to allow it to be determined if the fault is covered by the warranty. Please contact us if you require spare parts.

Bicycle Manufacturer's Warranty

Bicycles come with a 12-month warranty. If a problem occurs with your product (after the initial refund & exchange period has elapsed) and the supply of spare parts cannot rectify it, the product can be returned for a technical inspection. Please contact us for instructions.

All our products are manufactured to the relevant British or European Safety Standards.

They will however, bend and break if they are misused, wrongly ridden or not maintained correctly. A bicycle is a piece of machinery with moving parts and upon receipt you are deemed to have assumed the responsibility for keeping it assembled in a completely safe and road worthy condition.
